These Terms & Conditions govern your use of banglabt. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use banglabt. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
All deposits and withdrawals on banglabt are processed in good faith. Players are responsible for ensuring the payment method they use belongs to them. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Bonuses and promotions are offered in good faith and are subject to wagering requirements. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including multi-accounting or coordinated betting — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. banglabt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your credentials is deemed to be your own unless you report unauthorized access immediately.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, use of automated betting software (bots), and any attempt to gain an unfair advantage are strictly forbidden. banglabt cooperates with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the banglabt platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, live casino, sportsbook, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if one has been opened.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and banglabt with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, between you and banglabt.
banglabt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
These terms apply to all users of banglabt regardless of the device used to access the platform, the location within Bangladesh from which access is made (including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar), or the specific product used (sports betting, live casino, slots, or instant games).
Age Restriction & Eligibility
banglabt is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions — and a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions — for any person under the age of 18 to use this platform in any capacity, including browsing games, opening an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with banglabt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
- You are registering and using the account for your own personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of banglabt, nor are you a close family member of any such individual;
- You do not hold more than one active account with banglabt. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden;
- You have not previously been excluded from banglabt via a self-exclusion request that remains in effect.
Age Verification
banglabt takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right at any time — and without providing prior notice — to request identity verification documents confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory verification is provided, we may suspend deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity on the account. If verification confirms the account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money funds will be returned to the depositing payment method where legally possible.
Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account with banglabt. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed immediately, and balances (including winnings derived from bonus funds) may be forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If any of your registration details change, you must update your account profile or notify our support team at the earliest opportunity.
Username and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify banglabt immediately via live chat or at support@banglabt. banglabt will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at once.
Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to safe and secure operation, banglabt conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You may be asked to submit supporting documentation at any stage, including at the time of a withdrawal request. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming your registered mobile number). Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on banglabt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your banglabt account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. banglabt does not charge any fees on deposits processed through bKash or Nagad; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which banglabt accepts no responsibility.
You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times for bank transfer methods may vary and can take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering control measure. banglabt reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending may be held until verification is complete.
Any account balance that has been credited via a bonus promotion is subject to the applicable wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements have been met will result in the bonus portion of the balance being removed before the withdrawal is processed.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
From time to time, banglabt offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games or markets, which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion's detail page. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin table games, certain live casino side bets, and specific excluded slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirement completion.
Bonus Abuse
banglabt employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; hedging bets across markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome while meeting wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotion terms; and using third-party software to systematically exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds cancelled, and the account will be subject to restriction or permanent closure.
Promotion Modifications and Withdrawal
banglabt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply only to wagering activity that occurs after the effective date of the change. Bonus funds already credited to your account at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will remain subject to the terms that applied when the bonus was originally issued, unless a specific regulatory or legal requirement compels otherwise.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of banglabt, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
- Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially;
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets without direct human input;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game;
- Colluding with other players — including at live dealer tables — to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws;
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform or in any game. Any winnings obtained as a result of a verified software error are void and will be recredited to banglabt;
- Engaging in charge-back disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for betting activity;
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or terms of service;
- Harassment, threatening language, or abusive communication directed toward banglabt staff or other users via live chat, email, or any other channel.
banglabt cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units where illegal conduct is detected or suspected. User data may be disclosed to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable laws and without prior notice to the user concerned.
Account Suspension & Closure
banglabt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
- Abuse of promotions or bonus offers;
- Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual;
- Any activity that banglabt reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, its players, or its operations.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support@banglabt. Where a balance remains in the account at the time of closure, it will be paid out to your verified payment method after any applicable KYC checks are completed, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or fraud investigations are pending.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be disabled, all marketing communications will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to open a new account. Limitation of Liability
banglabt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates continuously, accurately, and securely, we do not make any warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, banglabt, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the banglabt platform;
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or of any individual game or product;
- Losses arising from the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the platform;
- Unauthorized access to your account by a third party where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials;
- Technical failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers;
- Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by manifest software errors (where such errors will be corrected as described in Section 6).
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by banglabt.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which banglabt operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall — to that extent — be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
